菜飯作った。
ゆがいた大根葉は刻んで釜揚げシラスや炒りごまと混ぜ合わせる。
味付けはごま油と醤油。
このままご飯にまぶしても美味しい。
塩昆布も混ぜておにぎりにするといくらでも食べられるおそろしい一品。
タモリ倶楽部でタモリも言ってたけど、シラスにいちばん合う青菜は大根葉である。
葉付大根が手に入ったらぜひお試しあれ。
